Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using Skyzn.ai (the "Service") operated by Skyline Works (the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the AI adoption diagnosis, AI solution design report generation, and related consulting referral services provided by the Company. 2. "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms. 3. "AI Diagnosis" refers to the adoption diagnosis report automatically generated by AI based on information provided by the User.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to Users. 2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, and amended Terms will be announced through the Service. 3. If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service.

Article 4 (Service Description)

The services provided by the Company include: 1. AI Adoption Diagnosis: Diagnoses a company's AI adoption potential through conversation and generates a report. 2. AI Solution Recommendations: Suggests AI solutions tailored to the company's needs. 3. Consulting Connection: Connects users with detailed consulting based on diagnosis results.

Article 5 (Service Usage)

1. The Service can be used without separate account registration. 2. The AI diagnosis service is provided free of charge, and usage frequency may be limited. 3. When requesting consultation, users must provide contact information including company name, name, and email address.

Article 6 (Service Limitation and Suspension)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, equipment replacement, or similar reasons. 2. Service usage may be restricted if abnormal usage or excessive requests are detected. 3. The Service may be suspended due to force majeure events or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 7 (Disclaimer for AI Diagnosis Results)

1. AI diagnosis reports are automatically generated by AI and should be used as reference material only. 2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI diagnosis results. 3. The Company is not responsible for decisions made based on AI diagnosis results. 4. Separate professional consulting is recommended for actual AI adoption.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

1. Intellectual property rights for designs, text, software, and other elements included in the Service belong to the Company. 2. Users may freely use the content of reports generated through AI diagnosis for non-commercial purposes. 3. Users may not commercially use or provide to third parties information obtained through the Service without prior consent from the Company.

Article 9 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities: 1. Providing false information for diagnosis 2. Using the Service for fraudulent purposes 3. Interfering with the stable operation of the Service 4. Any other activities that violate applicable laws and regulations

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

1. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the Company and the User shall resolve it through mutual consultation. 2. If consultation fails, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
